hi guys , today i am going to tell you how to get facetime in restricted countries .well some countries restricted facetime app in apple products .so here is the solution ,

1: You must jailbreak your idevice(apple device)
2: Download activator through cydia .
3:  Now run that app(it helps us to do things in gestures form ,it got many gestures like five finger        spread ,three finger tap and etc).
4: Now select one gesture and u will see many system and user apps .if u go down the page u will see a facetime icon ,now select it.and dont forgot the gesture u used for facetime .now do the gesture in the homescreen .after doing the gesture u r facetime app opens up.
